Bathroom Remodeling and Rush!

As summer is coming to an end, the Beta Nu chapter is just putting the finishing touch to the upstairs bathroom. With a limited budget we have been lucky enough to have 80% of the drywall replaced, the entire bathroom re-textured and painted, added a slot for a trash can in the old food elevator shaft (very neat-looking), fixed leaking and non-working showers, installed new exhaust fans and light fixtures and perhaps most needed: a drain in the floor.  In addition to this,we have also put in new solid wood core doors and new door frames in rooms 1-7, it looks great!

Rush

The first day of instruction is coming up on Monday August 24th, which means rush is just around the corner! We lost many good brothers to graduation in the spring (congratulations!), so this semesters we are depending on a big pledge class! Luckily, we have the right man for the job, rush chairman Arthur Montejano (’08), with a solid crew of experienced rushers behind him. The website is up to date, we have a huge rush party coming up, eye catching rush shirts and 1000 rush cards on their way. But please, if you know someone who might be a potential Delta Sig, let us know! We need all the help we can get, so don’t hesitate to drop a few lines. Thanks.
